Infra-red skin tightening...

Infra red skin tightening is a safe way of helping the skin produce collagen and thereby tightening up. The infra red PULSE LIGHT (780-1000NM) softly heats up the skin through to the dermis. The heating causes immediate collagen contraction resulting in tighter skin. After the procedure the new collagen growth results in further tightening with the improvement of sagging lax skin. The treatment is quick, safe and subtle and we recommend at least 6 treatments with a space of at least one to two weeks to see lasting results. Unlike radio frequency it does not do fat reduction which makes it the perfection option for sagging skin in the face. If combined with mesotherapy localised fat reduction can be achieved. It is a totally safe and pain free way of firming up the skin. Down time is minimal. Daily activities are resumed immediately. Results are imminent and as well as delayed.

More about Infra-red skin tightening...

How does it work, who can be treated, and which parts of the body?

The near-infrared range works inside the dermis without increasing the epidermal temperature. The heat generated stimulates fibroblast activity, re-align collagen fibers resulting in scar revision, treatment of striae and other skin imperfections such as flabby cheeks, stomach, lower arms and legs. The treatment is pain free and without side effects, downtime or the need for medicaments. The best light-based technology for skin tightening. Almost anyone and any skin type can be treated and the ideal area in the face is sagging jowls, naso-labial lines and double chin. It also enhances pixel resurfacing when treating lines, scars and stretchmarks. It can help sagging skin on the tummy and chicken wings.
